Common pricing questions
Payslips and the main employee-facing documents come in English and Arabic. On a mixed workforce that tends to cut down the number of questions HR gets asked about deductions.
Usually about a week. We import your employees and salary structures from whatever you use now, whether that is a spreadsheet or another system, set up your WPS details and walk your HR team through it. If your setup is more complicated we will tell you that on the demo rather than after you have signed.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is role-based, so salary figures and personal documents are only visible to the people who should see them. If you have specific data-residency requirements, raise them on the demo and we will tell you straight whether we can meet them.
Starter is AED 12 per employee per month and Growth is AED 22, which is the plan most companies end up on because it includes gratuity and visa tracking. Enterprise is quoted on headcount. Prices exclude 5% VAT, and we confirm the exact figure on the demo once we know your numbers.
