Payroll & HR software, made for Dubai.
Most HRMS platforms stop at check-in and check-out. Ours ships a desktop agent that captures the screen every few minutes, scores activity from real keyboard and mouse use, and records which app had focus — so you see how the workday was actually spent, not just when someone clocked in. You set the capture interval, the blurring and the privacy pauses, and the same record feeds WPS payroll, gratuity and visa tracking.

WPS done right, every single month
If you are registered with MOHRE, paying salaries through WPS is not something you opt into. It has to be on time, in full, through an approved channel. Lifeguard Payroll produces the SIF file for your bank or exchange house and tells you what is wrong with it while you can still fix it.
- SIF export for every WPS-approved bank & exchange
- IBAN, MOL ID & salary validation before submission
- Salaries paid within the 15-day legal window
- A complete, exportable audit trail for inspections

Everything you need to run compliant payroll in the Emirates
WPS files, gratuity, visa expiries, Labour Law leave entitlements. The parts of UAE payroll that generic HR software leaves you to work out yourself.
WPS salary files that pass
Lifeguard Payroll builds the SIF export your bank or exchange house expects, in the format they expect it. Before you download anything, it checks the IBANs, the MOL ID and the salary totals. Most rejected transfers come down to one wrong digit, and that is exactly what the check is looking for.
Gratuity worked out for you
21 days of basic pay a year for the first five years, 30 days a year after that, capped at two years' wages. The maths is not hard, but doing it by hand for forty leavers is where mistakes creep in. You get a breakdown you can hand to the employee or defend in a dispute.
Visas and labour cards
Most UAE payroll teams are managing documents for a largely expatriate workforce. Emirates ID, residence visa, labour card and professional licence all sit in one record, and you get warned well before anything lapses rather than the week it expires.
Salary structures that fit
Basic, housing, transport and whatever else you pay, split the way UAE contracts actually split them. That matters because gratuity comes off basic alone, and overtime and WPS each read different components. Mainland and free-zone setups both work.
Attendance and leave
Shifts, overtime rules and leave balances in one place, with the entitlements Labour Law sets for annual, sick and maternity leave already configured. Public holidays are updated when they are announced. Works with biometric devices if you have them.
The whole employee record
Hiring, onboarding, documents, commissions and the eventual exit all attach to the same employee. When someone leaves, the final settlement already knows their start date, their last basic salary and what leave they had left.
Reports for MOHRE and your auditor
Payroll registers, WPS submission history, gratuity provisions and a full audit trail, all exportable to Excel or PDF. When an inspector or an auditor asks for twelve months of something, you are not rebuilding it from bank statements.
Staff can help themselves
Employees pull their own payslips, request leave and find their own documents from a phone. It sounds small. In practice it removes most of what lands in an HR inbox in the first week of every month.
Three steps, not a six-month project
You will not need your IT team for this. We do the migration and the setup, and you review the first payroll run before anything is sent.
Get your data in
Send us the spreadsheet, or an export from whatever you use now. We load the employees, salary structures and WPS details. It usually takes a day.
Run the month
Salaries, allowances and overtime calculate, the SIF file generates, payslips go out. The validation runs before you submit, not after the bank rejects it.
Leave it running
Gratuity provisions update themselves, visa reminders arrive before expiry, and the reports are there when someone asks for them.
The complete HR & payroll lifecycle
Hiring, paying, tracking documents and handling exits all read from the same employee record, so the same detail is not entered three times.

Stay on the right side of UAE regulation
WPS, MOHRE requirements, gratuity rates, Emiratisation targets. These change more often than most software keeps up with, so we track them and update the system.
WPS & MOHRE
SIF files, transfers through approved channels, and salaries inside the 15-day window. All of it logged, which is what matters when someone asks to see it.
Gratuity & EOSB
The 21 and 30-day rates, the two-year cap and the 14-day deadline are applied for you rather than remembered by you.
Emiratisation & Nafis
See your Emirati headcount against target. The penalty for an unfilled skilled role runs to around AED 9,000 a month, so noticing early is the whole point.
DEWS-Ready
Salary components are structured so they map onto the savings schemes some employers use in place of traditional end-of-service pay.

Frequently asked questions
The things HR and finance teams tend to ask us before they switch.
Yes. It produces the SIF file in the format WPS agents accept, and it works with the approved banks and exchange houses. The part that saves you time is the validation: IBANs, the MOL establishment ID and the salary breakdown are all checked before you submit, because a single wrong field is usually what causes a batch to come back.
It follows the Labour Law formula. Employees accrue 21 days of basic salary for each of the first five years and 30 days a year after that, worked out on the last basic salary and capped at two years' wages. Leave encashment and anything else still owed are added on, so the settlement is ready within the 14 days the law allows.
Yes, and it is one of the more used parts of the system. Each employee record holds their visa, Emirates ID, labour card and any professional licence, with reminders that start well before the expiry date rather than on it.
Both. Mainland companies registered with MOHRE and free-zone entities are supported, including groups that run several entities across the two.
Payslips and the main employee-facing documents come in English and Arabic. On a mixed workforce that tends to cut down the number of questions HR gets asked about deductions.
Usually about a week. We import your employees and salary structures from whatever you use now, whether that is a spreadsheet or another system, set up your WPS details and walk your HR team through it. If your setup is more complicated we will tell you that on the demo rather than after you have signed.
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and access is role-based, so salary figures and personal documents are only visible to the people who should see them. If you have specific data-residency requirements, raise them on the demo and we will tell you straight whether we can meet them.
Starter is AED 12 per employee per month and Growth is AED 22, which is the plan most companies end up on because it includes gratuity and visa tracking. Enterprise is quoted on headcount. Prices exclude 5% VAT, and we confirm the exact figure on the demo once we know your numbers.
Want to see it on your own payroll?
Half an hour, your numbers, no slide deck. We will show you the WPS run, the gratuity calculation and the visa tracking, and answer whatever you want to ask.
